Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each Lumen & Grain collection is carefully produced and inspected before dispatch.

Returns

Due to the nature of our limited-edition fine-art prints and collectibles, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

This restriction does not affect customers' rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

• A brief explanation of the issue

We encourage customers to report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Valid complaints submitted after this period will still be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer an appropriate replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests should be emailed to ideamillstudio@gmail.com with the order number.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may require following the applicable return process. Any cancellation restrictions remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Limited-Edition Products

Our limited-edition collections may have restricted availability.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative resolution, including a refund where required.
